INICIVOX® hosted a Mentor SkillShare focused on ways to avoid burnout with health experts: Danielle Pashko, chronic illness health coach and author of, “Smile at Your Challenges”; Tyshawn Bryant, certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and founder/CEO, Green Regimen; and Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, neurologist and neuroscientist, Ayurvedic expert, and author of, “The Prime” and “Sound Medicine.” INICIVOX® founder and director Amy Summers moderated an interactive conversation with questions from attendees to address various ways to eliminate burnout; shifting negative thoughts to a positive mindset during burnout; adopting a meditation practice that works with your schedule; eliminating caffeine dependence from your routine; and non-negotiable daily habits to keep burnout at bay.
