INICIVOX® hosted a Mentor SkillShare focused how to work with narcissists and bullies with mentor experts: Laurel Slade-Waggoner, board certified professional Christian counselor and licensed mental health counselor; Tammy Dunnett, PCC, CPCC, MN BN, certified, professional co-active coach; and Christine Burych, president of StarlingBrook Leadership Consulting and certified resilience practitioner. INICIVOX® founder and director Amy Summers moderated an interactive conversation with questions from attendees to address narcissism and bullying in the workplace including: identifying the difference between a bully and a narcissist, how to recognize early signs of narcissistic behavior in the workplace, supporting co-workers who are experiencing bullying, and fostering a culture that prevents bullying and stops narcissists from rising to leadership roles.
